MANHATTAN BEACH, California, Nov. 20 -- The Independent Book Publishers Association issued the following news release:

Following years of cooperation and overlap in their respective memberships and programming, members of the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) and PubWest have voted to combine the associations.
