WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Ted Lieu, D-California, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Ted W. Lieu (D-Los Angeles County) was re-elected to be Vice Chair of the House Democratic Caucus, the number four position in House Democratic Leadership. Congressman Lieu is the highest-ranking Asian American serving in Congress.
Congressman Lieu issued the following statement after his colleagues elected him:
