U.S. District Judge Steven Merryday has sentenced Francisco Cabrera (29, Dover) to 38 years in federal prison for robbery, carjacking, attempted murder, and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon. Cabrera entered a guilty plea on December 1, 2023.
