WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- The American Academy of Actuaries issued the following news release:
American Academy of Actuaries President Lisa Slotznick, MAAA, FCAS, presented Alfred Bingham, MAAA, FSA, with the Jarvis Farley Service Award at the Academy's "Envision Tomorrow" annual meeting in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 16.
Named after Academy charter member and accomplished volunteer Jarvis Farley, the award is presented annually to an actuary whose volunteer effor . . .
