TULSA, Oklahoma, Feb. 24 -- The city of Tulsa issued the following news:
Tulsa Animal Welfare has a new initiative in partnership with Best Friends Animal Society to increase the number of animals saved in Tulsa. The initiative aims to encourage rescue organizations to transfer to rescue medium-sized, mixed-breed dogs (weighing over 35 lbs.) from March 1 - 17.
Under the initiative, organizations that meet the criteria will receive $100 per dog and $150 per dog that requ . . .
