WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- Sen. Thomas Carper, D-Delaware, issued the following news release on Dec. 22, 2022:

U.S. Senator Tom Carper (D-Del.) today voted with a bipartisan majority in the Senate to pass the 2023 Fiscal Year omnibus appropriations bill by a vote of 68-29.
