LINCOLN, Nebraska, Nov. 10 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Nebraska issued the following news release:
The ACLU of Nebraska has been a vocal opponent of Initiative 432, a state constitutional amendment that will establish a photo identification requirement for future elections. The ACLU of Nebraska has also been an active supporter of Initiative 433, which will gradually raise Nebraska's minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2026 and then tie future increases to cost of living.
