MONTPELIER, Vermont, Oct. 27 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Oct. 26, 2022:
Governor Phil Scott and the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) today announced that nearly $30 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, appropriated for the village water and wastewater (VWWW) initiative, has now been committed to towns across the state.
