LOUISVILLE, Kentucky, June 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky, Michael A. Bennett, issued the following news release:
Patrick C. Finney, M.D., located in Paducah, has agreed to pay $561,800 to resolve allegations that he violated the False Claims Act by knowingly causing the submission of false or fraudulent claims to Medicare, knowingly making, using, or causing to be made or used, false records and statements to obtain payment from Medicare, and conspirin . . .
