PORTLAND, Maine, July 16 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Donald E. Clark, issued the following news release:
Two Lewiston men were sentenced today in U.S District Court in Portland for health care fraud, Acting U.S. Attorney Donald E. Clark announced.
U.S. District Judge Jon D. Levy sentenced Abdirashid Ahmed, 41, to two years in prison and three years of supervised release, and Garat Osman, 35, to three years of probation. Judge Levy also ordered . . .
