PHOENIX, Arizona, April 9 -- Gov. Doug Ducey, R-Arizona, issued the following news release on April 8, 2021:

Governor Doug Ducey today announced the appointment of Brigadier General Kerry L. Muehlenbeck to Arizona's Adjutant General and Director of the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs.
