TOPEKA, Kansas, April 7 -- Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt issued the following news release on April 6, 2021:
The Kansas Senate today unanimously confirmed the nomination of Steven D. Anderson as Medicaid Inspector General, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said.
The Senate voted 40-0 in support of Anderson, who replaces Sarah Fertig who resigned the position in July 2020 to become director of the state's Medicaid program within the Kansas Department of Healt . . .
