SILVER SPRING, Maryland, Jan. 26 -- Vietnam Veterans of America issued the following news release:
"On January 21, we witnessed the peaceful transfer of power between administrations. Since our founding in 1978, we have worked with seven U.S presidents--three Democrats and four Republicans. With the inauguration of the 46thPresident to the United States, Joseph Biden, we have evened the score. As usual, we wish the new President well.
