WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) announced the fire departments in Portland, Old Orchard Beach, and Casco will receive a collective total of $329,536 in grant funding for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program (AFG). The grant funding will support operations and safety at each of the three fire departments.
