ALBANY, New York, July 29 -- The New York State Bar Association issued the following statement by President Scott M. Karson marking the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act:
"Thirty years ago, the Americans with Disabilities Act gave people with disabilities the rights to equal access, opportunity and employment, leading our society to become more inclusive.
