NEW YORK, July 28 -- The International Women's Health Coalition issued the following statement:
In the last few weeks, former and current IWHC staff have come forward to share their experiences. They have spoken of racism, bullying, intimidation, and a toxic work environment. We, the IWHC Board, are shaken and deeply saddened by what we have learned. As leaders of this organization, we are committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all IWH . . .
