NEW YORK, July 24 -- New York Civil Liberties Union issued the following statement by Executive Director Donna Lieberman:

This evening a federal court ordered the NYCLU not to release NYPD officer misconduct complaints it obtained last week from the Civilian Complaint Review Board in response to a Freedom of Information Law request.
