New York State Bar Association Applauds Legislature Approval of the Power of Attorney Bill

ALBANY, New York, July 22 -- The New York State Bar Association issued the following statement by President Scott M. Karson regarding the power of attorney bill:
"The power of attorney bill approved by the state Legislature provides long-overdue changes to the state's overly complex short form. The association has strongly advocated to change this law.
