BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, July 11 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, Jay E. Town, issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney Jay E. Town announced that he will resign from the Department of Justice, effective Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at midnight.
