WASHINGTON, July 11 -- Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick, D-Arizona, issued the following news release:
Rep. Kirkpatrick sent a letter to Governor Doug Ducey urging him to extend his Executive Order that postpones evictions of people impacted by the pandemic. In March, Governor Ducey issued an the Postponement of Eviction Actions, halting evictions for renters facing adversities due to COVID-19. It is set to expire July 23rd.
