NEW YORK, July 8 -- Physician for Human Rights issued the following statement by Executive Director Donna McKay in response to President Trump's formal notice of withdrawal from the World Health Organization, ulfilling his threat to terminate the relationship with the United Nations agency tasked with global public health:
