Missouri PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Missouri-American Water Company Rate Cases

JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, July 3 -- The Missouri Public Service Commission issued the following news release:

The Missouri Public Service Commission has established the deadline for those wishing to intervene and participate in water and sewer rate cases filed by the Missouri-American Water Company (MAWC).

Applications to intervene and participate in these rate cases must be filed no later than July 22, 2020, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, . . .
