WASHINGTON, July 2 -- The American Center for Law and Justice issued the following news on July 1:
Yesterday, U.S. Supreme Court released an important ruling supporting school choice for parents. The American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) had filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the case urging the High Court to uphold the school choice program at issue. In its 5-4 decision in Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue, the Court declared:
A State need not subsidiz . . .
