WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Rep. Tom O'Halleran, D-Arizona, issued the following statement:
Following reports that a federal judge had ruled that Alaska Native corporations can access the $8 billion coronavirus aid fund set aside for tribal governments under the CARES Act.
