BALTIMORE, Maryland, July 1 -- Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh issued the following news release on June 30:
Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh has joined a coalition of 19 attorneys general and one governor in fighting to have the federal government recognize the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. An amendment requires ratification of three-fourths of states, and earlier this year, a 38th state provided the final vote needed . . .
