ALBANY, New York, June 23 -- Albany Medical Center, an academic health sciences center, issued the following news release:
Albany Medical College student Sarah Martinez has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Student National Medical Association (SNMA), the nation's oldest and largest student-run organization focused on supporting current and future minority medical students. She will serve a one-year term as National Diversity Research Committee Co-Chairperson.
