The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) authorized funding for Hamilton Relay Inc. (Hamilton) to conduct a 90-day limited pilot of Real Time Texting (RTT) technology for income-eligible Pennsylvanians who cannot communicate independently without assistance.
