ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, June 19 -- Gov. Larry Hogan, R-Maryland, issued the following news release:
Governor Larry Hogan announced he has appointed Charles Glass, Ph.D. as the director of Maryland Environmental Service (MES). Glass is currently the deputy secretary at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR). He replaces Roy McGrath, who was recently appointed as chief of staff for the administration.
