NEW YORK, June 18 -- The Family Equality Council issued the following news release:
Family Equality invites LGBTQ+ families across the country to join us for LGBTQ+ Families for Black Lives Day of Action on Tuesday, June 23. The Day of Action seeks to empower families to deepen their anti-racism work through tangible, age-appropriate action ranging from coloring book pages to writing elected officials.
