LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia, June 11 -- Georgia School Boards Association issued the following news:
The 2020 Summer Conference and Delegate Assembly that was to be held June 5-6 was canceled due to COVID-19. GSBA held a virtual, abbreviated version of the Delegate Assembly to elect officers for the Board of Directors as required by the bylaws. Legislative positions were not on the agenda and will be considered at a later date along with District Director elections.
