SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, June 4 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota, Ron Parsons, issued the following news release on June 3:
The Department of Justice announced nearly $400 million in grant funding through the Department's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) COPS Hiring Program (CHP). United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced $2,352,745 in grant funding for twelve law enforcement agencies in South Dakota. These monies will pay for 19 . . .
