NEW YORK, June 2 -- The International Rescue Committee issued the following statement by President and CEO David Miliband:
"Yemen's health care system has nearly collapsed under the strain of five years of brutal war and now the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, many of which are going untested and undetected. Yemen has the lowest testing ability of any country where we work, with a case fatality ratio of 24.7%, almost four times the global average. COVID-19 cases were likel . . .
