WASHINGTON, May 28 -- The Food and Water Watch issued the following news release:
At its May session, the City of Hudson Common Council passed a resolution opposing the massive expansion of the Danskammer fracked gas power plant in Newburgh.
By taking this action, Hudson became the 19th municipality in New York to oppose the project.
