TUCSON, Arizona, May 28 -- Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona, issued the following news release:
The Federal Transit Administration awarded the City of Tucson a $3,757,100 grant to purchase new zero-emission buses for the city's Sun Tran public transportation system. In early March 2020, Rep. Grijalva wrote a letter in support of the grant to the FTA highlighting the City of Tucson's efforts to modernize the public transportation fleet.
