WASHINGTON, May 27 -- Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona, issued the following statement on May 26 calling on the Education Department and Interior Department to release the education funding for the Bureau of Indian Education that was included in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (H.R. 748) and signed into law on March 27:

"Every day, children and families in Indian Country are suffering at the hands of the Trump administration's botched coronavirus response.
