NEW YORK, May 16 -- New York Civil Liberties Union issued the following news release:
Even during a pandemic, the state of New York has a legal obligation to provide all students equal access to an adequate education, the New York Civil Liberties Union warned in a letter to the New York State Education Department, accompanied by the results of a statewide survey on the transition to remote learning.
