Only in their early 20s, Kayla Shuman '21 and Lauren Schrott '21 already have closely interacted with people who struggle with mental health. When it came time for the friends to choose a topic for their Constellation LVC courses, they selected wellness to gain a better understanding of how mental health impacts the mind and physical body.
