ACLU Comment on Department of Education's Final Title IX Rule on Sexual Harassment

NEW YORK, May 7 -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following statement:

The U.S. Department of Education issued a final rule governing schools' obligations to investigate sexual harassment or assault complaints under Title IX.
