WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following statement on April 23:
The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act. Congressman Biggs voted against the bill and issued the following statement:
"The legislation passed today includes $12 billion to be distributed to state, local, and tribal jurisdictions for various purposes, including 'surveillance' and 'contact tracing.' The bill . . .
