JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, April 15 -- Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt issued the following news release on April 14:
The Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District affirmed the trial court's judgment granting a permanent injunction in the suit filed by the Missouri Attorney General's Office against "The Offsets" in 2018, stopping them from operating the location until safety concerns are addressed.
