BALTIMORE, Maryland, March 24 -- Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh issued the following statement on the 10-year anniversary of the Affordable Care Act:
"Enacted 10 years ago, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has provided millions of Americans with access to health insurance, including hundreds of thousands in Maryland.
"In the midst of a global pandemic that threatens the health of every American, Marylanders continue to have the opportunity to obtain hea . . .
