- Urges People Who Go Outside to Avoid Crowds, Playgrounds, and Pavilions Convenes Calls With Federal Delegation, Full Cabinet

"As of this morning, Maryland has 149 confirmed cases of COVID-19--up from 17 cases just one week ago . . .
