WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Tom O'Halleran, D-Arizona, issued the following statement after federal lawmakers currently in talks to put together a third legislative package to help slow the spread of the coronavirus and better address the toll these necessary measures will inevitably take on American families:
