HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, March 14 -- Gov. Tom Wolf, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Governor Tom Wolf ordered the commonwealth flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds to fly at half-staff to honor Philadelphia SWAT Corporal James O'Connor, who was killed in a shooting Friday, March 13, 2020.
