HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, March 13 -- The Pennsylvania Senate Democrats issued the following joint statement by Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati, R-25; Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman, R-34; and Senate Minority Leader Jay Costa, D-43, regarding Coronavirus:
