HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, March 12 -- Gov. Tom Wolf, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Governor Tom Wolf ordered the commonwealth flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds to fly at half-staff to honor former Auditor General Donald A. Bailey, who passed away Monday, March 9, 2020.
The commonwealth flag shall be lowered to half-staff until sunset on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, and again on the day of the funeral, Saturday, March 14 . . .
