ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, March 11 -- The Maryland Public Service Commission issued the following news release:
The Maryland Public Service Commission will hold three public comment hearings on the request by Delmarva Power & Light Company to increase its electric distribution rates by more than $18.5 million.
