TOWSON, Maryland, March 5 -- Baltimore County Public Schools issued the following news release:
Allen Kessell, instrumental music teacher at Franklin High School, has been named an Outstanding Music Teacher by the Maryland Music Educators Association. Kessell is one of only four educators to receive this honor in 2020.
