NEW YORK, Feb. 29 -- The Alliance for Downtown New York issued the following news release:
The Downtown Alliance is hosting "Oscillation," an interactive art installation created by Brooklyn-based design firm The Urban Conga at 77 Water Street's privately-owned public plaza from February 28 through April 20.
The installation features oversized, multicolored crystals that reflect their surroundings and can be played like a theremin, the only musical instrument . . .
