WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- The Alliance to Save Energy issued the following statement by Vice President Ben Evans regarding the Senate energy bill released by Energy and Natural Resources Committee Chairman Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, and Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia:
